Getting A Home Inspection

When purchasing a home it is always recommended to have a home inspection completed by a licensed and insured home inspector.  It is to the home owners benefit to uncover any potential issues the home may have under the surface before closing on it.

In most contractual agreements there is a specified “home inspection period” that the home inspection is to be completed during.  During this time the home buyer can cancel the contract without losing escrow money for anything that doesn’t meet their expectations of the property’s condition.
